Forward Deployed Engineer

About the role

You will develop novel AI products that provide customers with entirely new workflows. You will work directly with customers to understand their needs, prioritize requests, and translate them into technical solutions. You will prototype and integrate AI pipelines to prove out new workflows. You will lead by example through mentoring future hires, pairing, and code reviews. You will shape our engineering culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop novel AI products, providing customers with entirely new workflows.
• Work directly with customers (visiting their offices) to understand needs, prioritize requests, and translate them into technical solutions.
• Prototype and integrate AI pipelines (e.g., retrieval-augmented generation) to prove out new workflows.
• Lead by example through mentoring future hires, pairing, and code reviews. Shape our engineering culture.

Requirements

• Significant experience at hyper-growth startups and/or leading big tech companies
• A CS degree from a top university
• Strong product sense
• High degree of ownership and the ability to operate autonomously

Qualifications

• Experience with serverless architecture
• Experience with React/Typescript
• Experience creating RAG pipelines

Pay

The compensation for this position is determined by multiple factors, including prior experience and expertise. A competitive equity component will also be offered as part of the package.
