Responsibilities
- Lead technical engagements from solution architecture to production deployment
- Develop and ship production code in customer environments, emphasizing integration and observability
- Arcitect compliant solutions that meet security and Infosec standards
- Create reusable technical assets to support adoption across various accounts
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architects to translate reference architectures into usable code
- Gather field insights from deployments to inform R&D for product improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, particularly with Python, TypeScript, and Node
- Strong foundation in software engineering principles including API design and system architecture
- Experience managing end-to-end technical engagements from POCs to production
- Excellent communication skills and executive presence for stakeholder interactions
- Ability to navigate ambiguity with creative problem-solving and deliver impactful solutions
- Strong understanding of the company’s products and market dynamics in SaaS and cloud computing
