Forward Deployed Engineer ($130k-$180k + Equity) at Synth AI Labs Inc. (Infer)

Job Description

• Own the entire deployment lifecycle from scoping workflows with agency owners to integrating AI voice agents into messy, legacy insurance systems.
• Build reusable connectors, configuration layers, and evaluation harnesses to accelerate the speed and reliability of future customer onboarding and account expansions.
• Translate tribal knowledge from insurance professionals into system designs and ship prompt improvements that ensure high-fidelity performance across thousands of calls.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience shipping production code in Python with specific expertise in building and deploying LLM applications to real users.
• Strong background in reverse-engineering legacy APIs or undocumented systems, with a high-agency mindset to solve complex problems without a pre-existing playbook.
• Excellent communication skills to act as a customer translator, moving seamlessly between technical system design and strategic conversations with non-technical agency owners.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
