Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary creative point of contact for assigned clients
- Lead ad scripting, paid media content strategy, and creator execution
- Partner closely with editors to bring ad concepts to life
- Manage multiple clients and creative projects simultaneously with precision
- Analyze performance data to identify insights, improve content performance, and scale winning concepts
- Stay ahead of paid social and creative trends to keep clients on the cutting edge
Requirements
- Analytical by nature, with the ability to identify meaningful signals from large datasets and performance trends
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A sharp eye for what makes a winning ad creative
- Ability to manage creative production workflows and timelines

- Forward Deployed Creatives (FDCs) are expected to be in the office 5 days a week
- Competitive compensation ($70,000–$110,000 base salary)
