Summary The Forward Deployed Analyst embeds with a team, learns how they make decisions, and deploys our tools against their live workflow to make their work sharper and faster. Key Responsibilities Embed with a team and learn their decision process end to end: how they screen, evaluate, and benchmark, and where judgment drives the callDeploy our tools against their real data and workflow, tailoring the output to how they actually workOwn adoption and the relationship, getting the team to trust the output enough to act on itCapture and encode what you learn against a common framework so knowledge compounds across engagementsPush AI tools into a real workflow and drive adoption with users who are new to themFeed field insight back to the build team to shape the roadmap Minimum Requirements 4+ years in CRE investment analysis or capital allocationSolid understanding of how institutional real estate decisions get madeHands-on user of AI tools in your own work, with a real point of view on where they help and where they fall shortGenuine interest in AI and a track record of adopting new tools early rather than waiting for them to be provenStrong client-facing presence, comfortable working directly with senior teamsFluent with data and analytical tooling; you translate easily between domain experts and engineersBias toward shipping fast over perfectingBased in the NYC metro area and able to work on-site Compensation Salaries may vary by location. The base salary range for this role in New York is $135,000 to $165,000. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for a total rewards package that includes an annual bonus opportunity, equity awards through our long-term incentive program, and a comprehensive benefits suite.
