What You'll Be Doing
As an AI Workflow Engineer, you'll work closely with the CEO, CTO, and engagement leads to design, build, and deploy custom AI workflows and agents. Your responsibilities include:
Meeting with clients to understand their processes, identify pain points, and explore AI opportunities.
Designing and implementing AI workflows and agents using various tools like Zapier, n8n, Make, Claude Code, and Codex.
Collaborating with client teams to test, refine, and measure the effectiveness of these solutions.
Documenting lessons learned into reusable playbooks and resources.
Participating in executive-level meetings and contributing to the evolution of Melior's offerings and processes.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about seeing quick, tangible results, eager to master AI, and committed to solving real-world business problems.
Who We're Looking For
We believe you'd excel in this role if you:
Have 2-5 years of experience in roles like solutions engineering, software engineering, technical operations, or automation in a fast-paced environment.
Are comfortable communicating with all levels of an organization and have a structured problem-solving approach.
Are enthusiastic about generative AI and have built real projects with it.
Are organized and proactive, managing your projects and client communications efficiently.
Bonus points for a formal software engineering background or production code experience, but we value practical skills over credentials.

The target salary for this role is $100,000 - $150,000 per year.
