The other half is preparing it to stay there without us. To support client demand and growth we are hiring Forward Deployed AI Engineers in Atlanta. About the roleYou build the AI systems our clients run on. You work inside the client's own systems and data, next to their teams, and take a solution from first prototype to something in production that their people use every day. You report to our AI Engineering Lead and work alongside the people who own the business side of each engagement.Most of your time goes to building: pipelines, integrations, LLM-based workflows and the testing and monitoring around them. Some of it is with clients, working out what their data and systems can support. Some of it goes into the shared tools we carry from one engagement to the next. Job Requirements* What you bring on day one3+ years building and shipping software that people relied on in productionStrong Python and SQLAPIs and integrations: getting data out of one system, into another, and keeping the two in syncHands-on deployment on AWS, Azure or GCPLLMs in production or close to it, with a habit of evaluating output before it reaches usersDaily use of coding agents, and the discipline to check what they produceClear explanations of technical choices for people who do not care how it was builtDiscretion.
