What You Will Do Collaborate with healthcare clients to identify workflow inefficiencies and design custom AI/ML solutions to address them.Rapidly prototype, iterate, and deploy Charta Health’s AI platform to deliver immediate business value to external customers.Serve as the technical lead on client sites, integrating LLMs and prompt engineering into production-ready healthcare environments. The ideal candidate Possesses professional proficiency in Python and hands-on experience deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) or ML systems.Demonstrates a strong bias toward shipping functional code and delivering business value over solving purely theoretical research challenges.Exhibits excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence, thriving in ambiguous, client-facing environments where technical problem-solving is paramount.
