Forward Deployed AI Accelerator, Marketing

Responsibilities

• Identify and document key workflow transformations by understanding team processes
• Coach marketers from initial AI awareness to full workflow integration and independence
• Recognize and scale successful tools and processes within the cohort and beyond
• Document all tools and transformation patterns for collective team use
• Share successes within the cohort and with leadership to foster motivation and recognition
• Track progress against a maturity model to encourage self-sustaining AI work
• Prepare marketers for advanced autonomous workflows and tool-building

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a cross-functional role requiring problem-solving and collaboration
• Hands-on experience creating AI-powered workflows, tools, or automations that have transformed processes
• Prominent track record of coaching others to enhance their work practices with AI
• Strong communicator capable of explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Able to manage multiple projects and relationships with around 20 marketers at different AI proficiency levels

Pay

$120,000 – $160,000 annually
