Forward Deployed Agentic AI Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Operations SMEs and business stakeholders to understand and analyze current business processes and operational workflows.
• Review process documentation, validate procedures, and identify opportunities for AI-driven workflow automation.
• Design and develop Agentic AI solutions using modern LLM frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
• Create AI agent workflows, orchestration logic, decision-making pipelines, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications.
• Develop AI-powered document processing solutions using OCR and intelligent document extraction technologies.
• Create workflow documentation, process maps, and technical design specifications for AI implementations.
• Work with engineering teams to integrate AI solutions with enterprise APIs and business applications.
• Monitor, evaluate, and optimize AI agent performance, ensuring scalability, reliability, and business value.
• Support testing, validation, and continuous improvement of AI workflows and automation solutions.

Required Skills

• Overall 10-12 years of IT experience.
• Over 4 years into AI, Machine Learning, or Software Engineering.
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience building and deploying Agentic AI applications in enterprise environments.
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable AI solutions and working with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready applications.
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, Prompt Engineering, and Multi-Agent Systems.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, OpenAI, and Azure OpenAI.
• Knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, or ChromaDB.
• Experience developing REST APIs and cloud-native AI applications on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of banking operations such as loan origination, loan servicing, commercial lending, or operational workflow automation.
• Experience in business process analysis, workflow mapping, and collaborating with Operations SMEs.
• Exposure to Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), OCR, and enterprise workflow automation.
