Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to BRU Burger Bar’s recipes and standards.
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency for all dishes served.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen or service area.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
• Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to guests.
• Assist with inventory management, food prep, and other kitchen or front-of-house tasks as needed.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant, kitchen, or customer service role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Happy Hour: Monday - Friday 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM to Close
