About the role
Quality Chemical Laboratories (QCL), a pharmaceutical testing, manufacturing, and development lab in Wilmington, is seeking a highly motivated leader for our formulation development laboratory and GMP manufacturing/packaging operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead formulation development laboratory and GMP manufacturing/packaging operations
- Work independently from concept and product prototype through cGMP Manufacturing
- Interface with clients, Project Management, Business Development, Supply Chain and Analytical Support
- Oversee the Formulations team
Qualifications
- College degree
- 3-5 years experience in formulation development and GMP Manufacturing
- Strong leadership skills
- Problem solving abilities
- Positive can-do attitude
- Capable of working independently
Skills
- Focus on solid oral dosage forms (other dosage form experience will be considered as this is an area of growth for the company)
- Familiarity with analytical techniques preferred
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements preferred
- Experience with early phase cGMP manufacturing preferred
