About the Role

Formosa Cafe in West Hollywood is seeking experienced and reliable Line Cooks for a 5-shifts-per-week opportunity. Both AM and PM shifts are available, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food for service (e.g., chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
• Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion
• Stock inventory appropriately
• Work efficiently and in a friendly manner, both independently and as part of a team
• Maintain kitchen safety and sanitation

Requirements

• English proficiency (bilingual preferred)
• Self-starter looking to hone and expand their craft
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for 8+ hours
