About the role
As a Formal Verification Engineer, you will be part of the Verification Department supporting ASIC and SoC verification efforts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the functional verification of complex ASICs and IP cores for CPU/GPU development projects.
- Collaborate with design and verification teams to understand and verify design functionality within the system context.
- Develop, execute, and document formal verification plans, including directed and constrained-random tests.
- Utilize industry-standard verification methodologies and tools to ensure design correctness.
- Drive verification activities from planning through signoff, ensuring thorough coverage and defect resolution.
Requirements
- 8+ years of proven experience in formal verification, RTL verification, and validation.
- Strong knowledge of formal verification methodologies, property checking, and model checking tools.
- Hands-on experience with formal verification tools and verification infrastructure.
- Solid understanding of ASIC or SoC verification environments and architectures.
- Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Pay
$70 to $80 on W2
Schedule
Onsite in Santa Clara, CA / 100% remote is available only for a strong candidate.
