About the role
Join our team as a Form Carpenter and play a vital role in the production of high-quality precast concrete molds. We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled professional who is committed to safety, precision, and craftsmanship. What You'll Do
- Build and assemble custom precast molds used in concrete production, ensuring each form adheres to precise design specifications and quality standards.
- Read and interpret plans and blueprints accurately to create wood forms with close tolerances.
- Select appropriate materials and utilize the correct tools to construct durable and accurate forms.
- Safely operate pneumatic nail guns, hammers, measuring tapes, and other carpentry tools.
- Follow all safety and environmental protocols consistently to maintain a safe work environment.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while promoting a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork.
- Inspect completed forms for accuracy and quality before use in production.

Requirements
- Minimum of one year’s experience in the carpentry field required; two years’ experience preferred.
- Ability to safely operate a variety of power tools, including but not limited to, skill saw, power drill, grinder, radial arm saw, jigsaw, and pneumatic nail gun.
- Ability to accurately read and interpret shop drawings and plans.
- Working knowledge of construction-related math.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
- Ability to accept and follow direction as provided by supervisors and ask questions when needed.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
Physical Demands
- Ability to safely lift a minimum of 75 lbs.
- Ability to work in extreme weather, including but not limited to high heat, low temperature, and high sun environments.
- Ability to operate tools required to complete construction projects.
- Ability to sit, stand, stoop, crouch, or crawl, and kneel as required to construct forms.

From $20.00 per hour to $22.00 per hour
