Forklift Operator Warehouse

Pay

Hourly Pay $20.50 per hour; Overtime Pay $30.75 per hour; Shift Premium $1.50 per hour for 2nd shift; Weekly pay.

Schedule

2nd Shift: 5:00 pm – 1:00 am, Monday – Friday.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting
• Follow performance measurement guidelines of the contract
• Accurately pick and pack, audit, tote induction, stage products, and load/unload trucks
• Handle day‑to‑day warehouse paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.)
• Provide technical and maintenance support for the automated packing system during core production hours
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One (1) year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
• Valid Forklift Operator’s License
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team player
• Ability to work within a diverse work environment
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships at all organizational levels
• Highly thorough, dependable, punctual with good attendance
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, show initiative, and maintain high accuracy under pressure
• Ability to lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lbs
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to work using health and safety methods
• Availability to work flexible schedule across various shifts
• Detail‑oriented with excellent follow‑up practices
• May require additional screening: employment/education verification, motor‑vehicle records check, road test, badging, or background check per customer assignment
