Forklift Operator Warehouse

Ryder is hiring a Sit-down Forklift Operator in Princeton, Kentucky. This position offers weekly pay, excellent benefits, and a career path that prioritizes safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions such as loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting
• Auditing, staging of products, and loading/unloading of trucks
• Dealing with day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse environment (e.g., picking sheets, returns, bills of lading)
• Providing technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shift hours
• Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Ability to work within a diverse work environment
• High degree of accuracy, even under pressure
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up practices

Qualifications

• Preferred: One (1) year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience
• Preferred: Valid Forklift Operator's License certified
• Preferred: Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Preferred: Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Preferred: Ability to work within a diverse work environment
• Preferred: High degree of accuracy, even under pressure

Pay

Weekly pay at $18.00 per hour, with an additional $1.00 per hour shift premium.

Schedule

D Shift - Wednesday 12:00 am - 6:00 am & Thursday - Saturday 6:00 pm - 6:00 am
