Forklift Operator (Stand-up) - 3rd Shift

About the role
The Forklift Operator/Material Handler will operate a forklift to stack, relocate, and move goods, supplies, and materials from one place to another. The operator is accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle (e.g., forklift, boom, scoop, lift beam and swivel hook, fork-grapple, clamps, elevating platform) and may also be required to perform operator duties.
Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver parts and materials between production lines.
- Pick up and deliver parts and materials from shipping/receiving and the warehouse.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required.
- 2 to 3 years of experience safely operating a forklift in a manufacturing environment.
- Must have and be able to maintain a valid state-issued driver’s license.
- Must be able to satisfactorily complete forklift training, including written and driving test, and be issued a forklift license.
