Responsibilities
- Preparing finished product to ship to customer
- Adhering to performance standards in quality and quantity (checking for damages as well as count)
- Following warehouse and shipping procedures
- Accurately recording and storing finished goods in the warehouse
- Accurately handling and recording all corrugated products from receipt to storage and then to production
- Ensuring good housekeeping within the warehouse
Performance Metrics
- Number of Accidents, Near Misses, Observations of unsafe conditions/behaviors
- Inventory Accuracy
- Cycle Counting targets
- Warehouse Inspection Score (safety and housekeeping)
- On time deliveries
- Reports Correct Shipment (correct quantity/right time)

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in general warehousing, manufacturing or distribution
- Experience with Forklift/Clamp Truck machinery preferred
