Responsibilities

• Check-in truck drivers as part of customer service to ensure shipping on time
• Daily communication with drivers
• Prepare finished product for shipment to customers
• Adhere to performance standards in quality and quantity, including checking for damages and counts
• Follow warehouse receiving and shipping procedures
• Accurately record and store raw materials and finished goods in the warehouse
• Accurately handle and record all corrugated and plastic packaging products from receipt to storage and then to production
• Use scanners for inventory management
• Ensure good housekeeping within the warehouse
• Adhere to all safety practices, including forklift and dock door safety checklists
• Ensure usage of proper PPE
• Communicate any unsafe conditions or behavior
• Adhere to golden safety rules

• Warehouse inspection score (safety and housekeeping)

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in general warehousing, manufacturing, or distribution preferred
• Experience with forklift/clamp truck machinery preferred
• Safety awareness and quality consciousness
• Basic computer skills
