Forklift Operator - Multiple Shifts

About the role

As an Equipment Operator, you will play an important part of the team by assisting in order picking, let downs, replenishment and supporting all departments in meeting their goals. You’ll be working with products from awesome clients that are heavily involved in the active lifestyle. Success in this role can be defined by being reliable, accurate and efficient. A quick learner, who is able to balance quality, pace and efficiency with safety being the cornerstone. Location: 3591 Volunteer Blvd., Henderson, NV 89044

Responsibilities

• Operating specific motorized warehouse machinery like forklifts, order/cherry picker, reach truck, electric pallet‑jacks.
• Receiving, replenishments, shipping, scanning, and cycle counting along with other general warehouse duties.
• Following NRI safety rules, safety procedures, security protocol and standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Keeping work and storage areas in a safe, clean, and tidy condition at all times.

Requirements

• 3+ months of forklift experience on an order/cherry picker.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., walk and stand for extended periods, climb ladders/stairs, work at heights, and tolerate dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, cold, etc.
• Trustworthy and moral character (pre‑employment background & drug tests).
• Ability to read and comprehend English.

Qualifications / Skills

• Ability to learn the basic warehouse management scanning system (WMS).
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
