Forklift Operator - Maxton, NC
Job Summary
We are seeking Forklift Operators to join our team at WeSource. This position involves driving industrial trucks to lift, move, and transport products or materials. Essential duties include performing daily preventive maintenance checks, securing trailers, inspecting trailers, loading/unloading products, updating warehouse management systems, and ensuring compliance with customer and food safety standards.

- 7am - 3:30pm | Monday-Friday

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform basic daily preventive maintenance checks and complete required documentation
- Exchange or charge batteries for electric lifts and refill/fill replace fuel tanks as required
- Ensure trailers are secured to the facility prior to loading/unloading
- Inspect inbound and outbound trailers for acceptable condition and compliance with customer and food safety and quality requirements
- Load & Unload palletized or floor loaded product from trailers, railcars or truck
- Transport product to or from dock areas, storage areas, staging areas and packaging lines
- Update warehouse management system using radio frequency scanning equipment
Education & Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Pass basic skills testing
- One to three years related experience
