Forklift Operator / Material Handler

About the role

Operate sit-down forklift in the assembly department. Move and stage materials for production lines. Maintain schedule and inventory accuracy. Follow all safety, quality, environmental, and production standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of forklift experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Basic computer, reading, writing and math skills
• Ability to work daily overtime up to 12 hours and weekends as needed
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and work in an industrial environment
• Ability to wear required PPE
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check, physical, drug screen, and employment eligibility verification

Pay

• $21.50/hour starting rate
• $23.02/hour after 90 days
• $23.67/hour following the February 2027 contract increase
• $25.22/hour after 1 year
• Skilled material handlers receive $1.00 premium at 6 months and $2.00 premium at 12 months
• Overtime opportunities
• Quarterly bonus up to 4%
• $750 February 2027 retention bonus

Schedule

3:00 pm – 11:30 pm Monday – Friday; must be available to work daily overtime and weekends as needed.
