About the role
We are seeking a Forklift Operator responsible for loading, unloading, sorting, staging, and transporting products within a warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently following safety policies.
- Handle trailers, railcars, and transports, ensuring accurate product checks and damage inspection.
- Use handheld scanners for warehouse management system compliance.
- Perform daily equipment maintenance inspections.
- Collaborate with team members and maintain a clean, organized facility.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
- Must be 18 or older with at least 1 year of forklift experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Ability to pass drug screening and background checks.
- Flexibility to work overtime and adapt schedules.
Qualifications
Preferred experience includes warehouse operations, RF equipment, and WMS familiarity.
