Forklift Operator / Dock Worker - Part-time / Evening

Forklift Operators/Dock Workers Role And Responsibilities Safely load and unload trailers using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks.Record shipment details to minimize cargo claims.Manage paperwork, including delivery receipts, bills of lading, and trailer manifests.Regroup shipments as needed and ensure accuracy of shipments, including hazardous materials.Maintain reliability standards and adapt to various shifts.Perform other assigned duties to support operations. Qualifications And Skills Must be at least 18 years old with basic English proficiency.Require simple arithmetic, weight, and measurement skills.High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent preferred.Experience in warehouse operations, forklift operation, or use of related tools and equipment preferred.Experience in LTL operations is advantageous. Opportunities Potential to train as a Class A driver.Path to becoming a full-time dock worker.
