Duties
- Operates forklifts and pallet jacks to pull and move materials safely within the warehouse.
- Assists in shipping and receiving processes, ensuring accurate loading and unloading of goods.
- Drives box truck between buildings as needed to fill in for fulltime driver.
- Conducts regular inspections of all equipment to ensure proper function and reports any mechanical issues.
- Collaborates with the Warehouse Manager to maintain an organized, safe, and efficient working environment.
- Performs other duties as needed.
Skills
- Proficient in operating stand-up and sit-down style forklifts.
- Previous shipping/receiving experience.
- Understanding proper lifting techniques and material handling practices.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Chauffeur’s class license is a plus!
Compensation
Starting at $23 per hour.
