Forklift Operator

About the role

We are seeking reliable and experienced Forklift Operators for a long-term, evaluation-to-hire role in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

This position is safety sensitive.

Ideal candidates are dependable, safety-conscious, and ready to contribute in a collaborative setting.

Responsibilities

• Operating stand-up and sit-down forklifts to load, unload, and move materials
• Safely stacking, organizing, and storing products
• Performing daily equipment inspections and reporting issues
• Following safety guidelines and warehouse procedures
• Assisting with picking, packing, shipping, and other warehouse duties

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Recent experience operating forklifts
• Ability to lift heavy items and work in confined spaces
• Strong communication skills and teamwork ability
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
