Responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down forklift for 90% of the workday
• Perform tasks off the forklift, including operating wrappers, using RF scanners, applying pallet tags, and opening/closing trailer doors
• Case picking
• Order picking and truck loading process
• Warehouse inventory-robot operation and forklift operation
• Confirm counts from production to warehouse
• Quality control of all outgoing product and setting up orders of incoming stock
• Care and maintenance of assigned property
• Collaborate with staff to support company goals

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience
• Ability to work various shifts and communicate effectively across all levels of an organization
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Capability to operate industrial equipment and lift/move objects up to 50 pounds without assistance
• Good vision and manual dexterity

Preferred Qualifications

• At least one year of continuous experience in every previous job
• Two years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment

Pay

Hourly rate: $20.96–$23.28 per hour, plus a $2 per hour shift differential.

Schedule

Rotating 2-2-3 shift pattern. Hours: 6:45 AM–7:00 PM.
