Forklift Operator

Role Overview

This position involves operating a forklift to move, load, unload, and stage merchandise efficiently and safely. Responsibilities include pulling and staging orders for delivery, managing inbound and outbound shipments, and maintaining equipment and workspace organization.

Key Duties

• Operate forklift and other equipment following standard procedures
• Assist with loading, unloading, and relocating products
• Ensure safety and cleanliness in the work environment
• Communicate effectively with team members
• Maintain equipment and adhere to safety protocols
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 75 pounds and working in varied warehouse conditions

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience (certification preferred)
• Basic technical skills and ability to follow directions
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under supervision
• Physical ability to stand, walk, crouch, bend, and lift in a warehouse setting
