Forklift Operator

About the Role

High-Lift Operators lift and stack merchandise within a distribution center using powered industrial equipment such as forklifts and order selectors. They handle full cases of products, verify documentation, and ensure smooth merchandise flow.

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse equipment and systems, including Warehouse Management System (WMS) and RF scanners.
• Follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Verify quantities, complete order paperwork, and maintain attention to detail.
• Identify products and match numbers efficiently.
• Assist in all operational tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds and working in elevated locations.

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older; previous distribution center experience preferred.
• Flexible regarding job assignments across departments and locations.
• Ability to work safely, follow OSHA and safety protocols, and maintain a safe environment.
• Strong physical stamina, manual dexterity, and ability to operate power equipment after training.
• Collaborative team player with problem-solving skills and an action-oriented mindset.
