About the Role

Direct-hire forklift operator positions with company benefits in a growing company. Eligible for a $1,000 referral bonus and pay-for-skill program to increase earnings as you gain skills.

Pay

Base pay up to $18.90 per hour, plus shift differentials:

• C Shift (3:30 PM - 12 AM, Mon-Fri): +$0.75/hr
• Weekend Day (8:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Fri-Sun): +$1.50/hr
• Weekend Night (8:00 PM - 8:00 AM, Fri-Sun): +$2.50/hr
• C COP (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM): +$2.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, clamp truck) to transfer finished goods and products.
• Load and unload trucks efficiently according to department standards.
• Move and transfer materials in a high-volume production environment.
• Support WMS functions related to inventory and load management (e.g., pick lists, PGI).
• Verify accuracy of product count, ID, order destination, and carrier ID before loading; complete required paperwork.
• Load inbound/outbound finished goods using PIC sheet or direct load function on forklift.
• Follow all critical safety rules, standards of conduct, and company policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Operate emergency stop buttons and fire extinguishers; complete daily forklift inspections.
• Change forklift propane tanks as needed.

Requirements

• Exposure to hot/cold temperatures, dust, and machine noise in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to maintain single-task focus and situational awareness.
• Capability to sit or stand for extended periods.
• Frequent: sitting, kneeling/crawling/bending, stair climbing, carrying 0-40 lbs for 5-10 feet, out-reaching, standing, walking.
• Occasional: stooping/squatting, ladder/steps climbing, bending/twisting.
• Repetitive use of wrists, hands, fingers, shoulders, elbows, hips, ankles, head, and neck.
