Forklift Operator

About the Role

We are a long‑standing warehouse team with 130+ years of industry leadership, dedicated to tackling supply‑chain challenges with top‑of‑the‑line technology and safety measures. As a Forklift Operator you will use industrial, powered, computer‑equipped stand‑up forklifts to move materials throughout the distribution center and place product in designated areas, often working at heights of 20 feet or more.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and transport product to assigned slots.
• Identify product to be selected, sorted, and placed.
• Follow aisle specifications for product sorting and placement.
• Enter assigned product for each shift into the system.
• Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products and equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience operating a forklift and RF Utility (preferable, not required).
• Ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job‑related tasks safely and effectively.
• Organized, problem‑solver, teamwork‑oriented, safety‑conscious, and detail‑oriented.

Pay

$21.00 per hour.

Schedule

Monday through Friday. Start time: 4:00 am or 7:00 am until the end of production; the shift is released once production is met. Training may be scheduled at alternative times based on operational needs, and candidates must be flexible with training start times and schedules.
