Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift or other material‑handling equipment to lift, load, or move material as directed.
• Perform daily safety inspection of the forklift before operating to ensure safety.
• Take proper safety and precautionary measures when operating machinery.
• Support essential logistic operations through storage and transportation.
• Notify technicians in advance when forklifts need service.
• Comply with all company safety guidelines and procedures.
• Maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications

Competencies

• Familiarity and experience using an RF scanner for picking, checking, and/or inventory functions.
• Familiarity and experience using equipment such as sit‑down forklift, reach truck, or cherry picker.
• Clean driving record.
• Manual dexterity.
• Diligent use of personal protective equipment.

Education / Experience

• High school diploma.
• Forklift certification.
• 0 to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Works under direct supervision with a basic understanding of equipment; handles basic issues and refers more complex issues to higher‑level staff.
