Forklift Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move materials while complying with all safety and operating rules.
• Fulfill customer orders by working within an assigned zone, using RF scanners, and accurately picking orders according to location, product code, lot number, and quantity requested.
• Replenish locations with finished product as requested (reverse pick).
• Clean, maintain, and ensure proper housekeeping in the facility to meet and exceed Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements.
• Comply with Company policies and procedures.
• Communicate with warehouse personnel and supervisors to maintain a seamless fulfillment process.
• Follow all safety guidelines and warehouse procedures to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certification, or ability to be certified to operate powered equipment, is required for this position.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), order management software, and label printing systems.
• Flexible to work weekends and extended periods of time when needed.
• Strong ability to ensure order accuracy and efficiency.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.

Benefits
