About the role

The Forklift Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of Powered Industrial Equipment. The Forklift Operator loads, unloads, and stores products and/or materials using equipment to scan product and print labels. They complete paperwork and operate inventory management systems as needed. The Forklift Operator ensures product rotation procedures are followed and completes cycle counts as required. They also ensure the facility is inspection ready for SQFI, FDA, and customer needs. The Forklift Operator communicates and reports any incidents to the supervisor. They may perform housekeeping duties and assist with miscellaneous tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years prior forklift operating experience
• Must be a licensed forklift operator or be able to obtain a Forklift Operator license
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Pass Background and Drug screen
• Basic computer skills
• Attention to detail
