Forklift Operator

About the Role

We are seeking a Forklift Operator for our Dayton, New Jersey plant. The Forklift Operator will be a key player in our plant operations, passionate about our products, dedicated to excellence, and eager to contribute to our mission of providing delicious and refreshing beverages to consumers nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading trucks in our warehouse.
• Tracking inventory using our scanning system.
• Removing pallets from the production line using a forklift.
• Operate palletizers, troubleshoot photo eye sensors, proxies, machine controls, etc.
• Perform stocking for palletizers according to standard procedures.
• Additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Prefer individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a drug screen and physical.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Physical Requirements

• Stand on hard surfaces such as concrete for extended periods, up to 12 hours per shift.
• Lift and carry materials weighing up to 60 pounds.
• Climb stairs, ladders, platforms, and other structures on equipment or buildings to inspect, operate, maintain, or troubleshoot.
• Bend at the knees, twist the back, and kneel as needed to access equipment for operation, maintenance, or troubleshooting.
• Work indoors and outdoors in varying seasonal temperatures and humidity levels.
• Function effectively in areas of high noise while using proper personal protective equipment (PPE).

Pay

$22.06 an hour with shift differential. Learn to Earn environment, opportunity to earn $26 an hour within the first year of employment.

Schedule

3rd Shift: M-F 10:30pm-7:00am
2-2-3: 6:30pm-7:00am
