About the role
At our Memphis distribution center, employees play a critical role in ensuring life-saving products reach hospitals, clinics, and nursing homes. Operating 24 hours a day, 5 days a week, this position focuses on the productive movement of materials from dock to storage to staging and shipment, following EVERSANA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Certification on all EVERSANA Mobile Powered Industrial Vehicles (e.g., Forklift, Cherry/Order Picker, Dock Stocker, Electric Pallet Jack, Reach Truck, and Bendi Forklift) is required.
Responsibilities
- Comply with all company-provided Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Fulfill customer orders by reading production schedules, order forms, and requisitions.
- Identify, locate, and gather products for distribution to specified areas.
- Assemble, build, and transport customer orders.
- Operate certified industrial vehicles (Forklift, Reach Truck, Cherry/Order Picker, Dock Stocker, Electric Pallet Jack, and Bendi Forklift).
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Operate EVERSANA RF device.
- Adhere to manufacturing requirements, including Current Good Distribution Practices (cGDP) and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
- Prioritize safety and comply with all safety requirements.
- Follow formal SOPs for order fulfillment in temperature-controlled areas.
- Meet all shift requirements, including timeliness and uniform compliance.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED).
- Work experience in a fast-paced distribution warehouse or stock room strongly preferred.
- Previous forklift operation experience required.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in reading, addition, and subtraction for managing order documentation (calculator use permitted).
- Ability to follow instructions without deviation.
- Willingness to work 40 hours per week, including overtime as needed.
Physical/Mental Demands and Working Environment
- Warehouse environment requiring walking or standing for at least 80% of the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Tasks performed in a busy environment with potential bending, squatting, pivoting, and stooping.

Uniform
Mandated uniform includes khaki-colored pants, close-toed shoes, and a blue shirt. Leggings, yoga pants, or form-fitting stretch pants are not permitted. Shoes must be sturdy and fully cover the foot (no visible skin or socks). After a 60-day probationary period, employees receive an allotment for customized EVERSANA uniforms.
