Responsibilities
- Use a forklift to load and unload inbound and outbound materials
- Move freight, stock, to and from storage or production areas, loading docks, delivery vehicles, or containers, by hand or using other equipment
- Sort finished goods before loading and unloading
- Attach identifying labels to containers or mark them with identifying information
- Read work orders or follow oral instructions of work assignments
- Assist in maintaining work area (e.g., sweeping, emptying trash)
- Meet production and delivery schedules
- Maintain product specifications during production and packing according to customer requests
- Monitor and advise if there is not an adequate inventory of materials (finished parts, WIP, and raw materials)
- Participate in housekeeping
- Adhere to all safety procedures
- Other duties and special projects as assigned by Management
Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods, bend, push, pull, and lift up to 40 lbs. individually and 80 lbs. with a team lift
Schedule
Sunday 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday through Thursday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
