Responsibilities

• Part of customer service to ensure shipping on time
• Preparing finished product to ship to customer
• Adhering to performance standards in quality and quantity (checking for damages as well as count)
• Following warehouse receiving and shipping procedures
• Accurately recording and storing raw materials and finished goods in the warehouse
• Accurately handling and recording all corrugated and plastic packaging products from receipt to storage and then to production
• Ensuring good housekeeping within the warehouse
• Ensuring adherence to all safety practices, including forklift and dock door safety checklists
• Ensuring usage of proper PPE
• Communicating any unsafe conditions or behavior
• Adhering to golden safety rules

• Cycle Counting targets
• Warehouse Inspection Score (safety and housekeeping)
• On-time deliveries

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in general warehousing, manufacturing, or distribution preferred
• Experience with Forklift/Clamp Truck machinery preferred
• Safety awareness and quality consciousness
