Forklift Operator

Responsibilities

• Moves pallets and other materials through different warehouse areas.
• Supports production requirements in designated areas.
• Loads and unloads customer trailers.
• Sorts pallets by hand as required.
• Repairs damaged wooden pallets by hand in some locations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• 1-3 years of forklift experience.
• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, lumber, carpentry, welding, roofing, and/or construction.
• Willingness to work in a labor-intensive environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, lumber, carpentry, welding, roofing, and/or construction.

Skills

• Operate forklifts with extreme care.
• Adhere to company safety procedures.
• Hand-sort pallets as required.
• Use a nail gun to repair wooden pallets.

Pay

Hourly Pay: USD $18.50/hr.

Schedule

Shifts: Monday-Thursday, 400pm - 230am, Monday-Thursday, 600am - 430pm.
