Forklift Operator - 32 hours

About the role

We’re looking for energetic, safety-minded Forklift Operators to join our operations team. This vital role keeps production running smoothly and ensures customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts to move materials and load/unload trailers, supporting production teams.
• Follow all safety protocols to help achieve zero incidents every shift.
• Hand-sort pallets based on product specifications and ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy and efficiency.
• Practice “Clean as You Go” and help maintain a safe, tidy workspace.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 70 lbs and repetitive motions throughout the shift.

Requirements

• Prior forklift experience and certification preferred (training and certification provided if needed).
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations.
• Experience in a fast-paced, production-based environment is a plus.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a diverse team.

Schedule

• Friday: 3:00 PM – 3:30 AM
• Saturday: 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM
