About the Role

The Forklift Operator is responsible for safely handling materials within a warehouse environment, ensuring efficient order fulfillment and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment such as forklifts
• Transport and stage inventory
• Verify received goods and match packing slips
• Label items accurately
• Support order processing
• Load and unload trailers
• Maintain clean and organized workspaces
• Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth warehouse operations

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50-100 lbs
• Physically and mentally capable of working in a demanding environment
• Reliable transportation
• Strong safety awareness
• Effective communication skills
• Adaptable to various warehouse conditions including heat, cold, and noise
