Pay
$19.00/hour plus a $1.00/hour 2nd Shift differential ($20.00/hour total).
Schedule
2nd Shift. Moderate overtime and occasional weekend work required. Ability to work various shifts on short notice.

Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently complete the defined order fulfillment process, including material handling, equipment operation, transportation, selection, identification, verification, placement, staging, labeling, and shipping of required product.
- Transport, select, identify, verify, package, label, and place product(s) into shipping container(s) and/or ship (load) product(s) as required.
- Compare actual tasks vs. expected tasks using picking and/or packing lists against customer documents.
- Recount product before shipment to ensure accuracy.
- Label and address product as required and transport product to the staging area of the shipping department.
- Ensure product(s) meet all requirements before packing and shipping.
- Handle all products according to customer and employer procedures.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse, management, co-workers, and customers.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous sit-down forklift experience (required).
- High energy level; willingness and eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Warehouse management system experience, including RF scanners and/or Voice (preferred).
- Detailed oriented with the ability to handle multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Ability to excel in a team-oriented environment dedicated to safety, customer satisfaction, and achievement of quality and productivity goals.
Skills
- Ability to follow directions.
- Work well in teams and strong attention to detail.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Accurately count and perform basic math functions.
Physical & Mental Requirements
- Ability to hear, read, comprehend, write, and communicate.
- Continuously sit, type, and perform repetitive wrist motion.
- Occasionally stand, walk, bend, squat/kneel, twist/turn, or reach.
- Focus (with or without corrective lenses) to see close and distant, along with depth perception capabilities.
- Lift up to 35 pounds throughout the entire shift.
- Spend 95% of time on the warehouse floor in a fast-paced environment.
