Forklift Operator 1

Temporary positions for the September to November 2026 harvest season at our Long Beach, WA facility.

Responsibilities

• Lab Workers – Grade, sort, and weigh product.
• Box Builders – Assemble totes.
• Inspectors – Inspect and prepare totes for fruit.
• Operators – Binning Station – filling totes with fruit.
• Forklift Drivers – moving totes.
• General Laborers

Requirements

• Willing and available to work variable day shifts.
• Adhere to good manufacturing, safety, and environmental practices.
• Ability to work in a team environment, follow instructions, and keep accurate records.
• May include lifting up to 30 lbs (14 kg) frequently.
• Prior manufacturing, forklift, lab, or scale experience is a plus.

Pay

Wages depend on position and range from $19.10 to $20.95 USD per hour.

Benefits

Those who work through the season can earn an End of Harvest Bonus.
