About the role

Ryder is hiring Forklift Operators / Reach Truck Operators in Minooka, Illinois. Ryder Warehouse Associates work in clean, organized, and well‑run facilities to provide the safest supply chain environment, handling Consumer Packaged Goods with equipment such as Reach Truck, Clamp, Slip Sheet, and Double Pallet Jack. The role supports distribution across the US and offers weekly pay, excellent benefits, and a team‑first culture.

Pay

Hourly pay: $21.63 per hour, plus a $1.00 per hour shift differential. Positions are paid weekly.

Schedule

Sunday–Thursday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting
• Ensure accurate picking and packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products, and loading/unloading of trucks
• Handle day‑to‑day paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.)
• Provide technical and maintenance support for the automated packing system during core shift hours
• Adhere to performance measurement guidelines of the contract
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One year or more of related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
• Valid Forklift Operator’s License (certified)
