Forklift Driver/Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Forklift Driver/Warehouse Associate for a temp-to-hire opportunity supporting warehouse, inventory, shipping, receiving, and material handling operations in a logistics-focused engineering services environment. This role is ideal for a certified forklift operator with strong inventory control experience who enjoys staying organized, working independently, and keeping warehouse operations moving efficiently. Candidates should be comfortable commuting to Kent initially, with the role expected to transition to Tacoma in the future.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, shipping, receiving, material handling, and warehouse organization.
• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move, receive, store, and prepare materials and orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, documentation, cycle counts, and tracking within inventory systems or related software.
• Prioritize daily logistics tasks independently while maintaining productivity, accuracy, and safety standards.
• Support efficient warehouse workflow by identifying organization, storage, and process improvement opportunities.
• Follow established warehouse procedures, safety policies, and company guidelines at all times.

Pay

$27.00 to $30.00 per hour.
