About the role

Twin City Foods, Inc. is a leading Frozen Vegetable Producer dedicated to providing high-quality, nutritious, and sustainably sourced frozen vegetables globally. We are expanding and seek a dynamic Forklift Operator to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to move product from one location to another in racks and stacks.
• Load and unload trucks, railcars, and perform general labor tasks (heavy duty).
• Drive in various weather conditions including wet, dry, and icy surfaces.

Requirements

• Experience driving a forklift.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• Basic mechanical skills.
• Forklift experience or qualified to operate forklift machinery.
• Ability to pass Twin City Foods forklift training program.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs.
• Work in a temperature fluctuating environment (65-75°F).
• Work in a cold environment.
• General housekeeping duties.
• Heavy-duty labor tasks.

Skills

• Physical demanding work.
• Attention to detail.
• Knowledge of data analysis.
