Forklift Driver (Earn up to 29.23 an hour)

About the role

Schreiber Foods Distribution Center in De Pere, WI is hiring full‑time forklift operators. The position offers an starting wage of $26.03 per hour, increasing to $27.73 per hour after 60 days with certification. Shifts include Monday‑Friday 2 pm‑10 pm and Sunday‑Thursday 10 pm‑6 am, with overtime and weekend work required.

Responsibilities

• Operation of forklift in a safe manner
• Reads customer order, shipping order, or requisitions to determine products to be moved, gathered, or distributed
• Conveys materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas by hand or by electric forklift
• Sorts and places products on racks or shelves according to predetermined sequence, size, or product code
• Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets and conveys orders to packing station or shipping department
• Adhere to food safety and partner safety policies and practices
• Work both individually and as a team member

Requirements

• Computer literacy
• Effective verbal and written skills
• Previous forklift operating experience preferred (but not required)
• Other relevant work experience preferred (but not required)

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 51 pounds
• Must be able to operate a forklift safely
• Must be able to perform repetitive lifting and bending
