Forklift Driver

About the Role

As a Vehicle Specialist (Internally known as OEM Parts Wrangler), you will work within our fast-paced fulfillment environment with powered industrial vehicles to pick, pack, put away, load, and receive our genuine OEM parts. You will assemble and pack purchase orders for shipment, use an RF scanner to pick and put away parts, and maintain a safety-first environment by following safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, put away, and receive OEM restaurant parts while maintaining a positive team environment.
• Use a vehicle and RF scanner to pick and put away parts in the correct locations within the warehouse.
• Work with the Warehouse team to complete daily orders; performance is measured by the quantity and accuracy of parts processed daily.
• Transport parts via carts, forklifts, or cherry pickers, and retrieve parts from top and bottom shelves using ladders or reach trucks as needed.

Requirements

• Certified in Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, Walkie Rider, and Forklift, or willing to become certified.
• Available to work 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 10:00 AM–6:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
• Able to move around for long periods and consistently lift up to 40 lbs unassisted.
• Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills; proficient in English (verbal and written).

Pay

The salary range for this role is $42,813.81 – $52,327.99 annually ($20.58 – $25.15 hourly), based on qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay-for-performance company, and some roles offer a profit-sharing program and an annual bonus.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday. Shifts available: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 10:00 AM–6:30 PM.
