Fork Truck Operator/Line Supply

Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operate a forklift to complete receiving, loading, transporting, stocking, staging, organizing, picking, counting, and maintaining all packaging inventory
- Manage material movement within the warehouse to ensure efficient manufacturing operations and receiving/shipment of materials and finished goods to distribution points
- Remove finished goods from production lines, place them on a stretch wrapper, and store them in the correct warehouse location according to WMS
- Move or consolidate finished product to follow inventory control practices and maintain proper housekeeping
- Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards
- Properly place goods in Pushback Storage Racking locations safely and correctly while following inventory control practices
- Ensure proper inventory stock rotations utilizing FIFO methods
- Complete necessary paperwork and daily inspection of assigned equipment
- Perform battery changes and daily battery maintenance functions
- Execute assignments accurately, timely, and safely to meet or exceed expectations
- Maintain awareness of and use Good Manufacturing Practices
- Keep a clean, neat, and orderly work area
- Communicate effectively (reading, writing, and verbal) for safety and business purposes
- Perform live verifications to support production requirements
- Unload and load outbound Non-Finished Goods materials using blind shipping and receiving procedures
- Order packaging materials for production lines to meet 24-hour and 36-hour requirements
- Label finished goods with LPNs
- Scan production for finished goods using WMS
- Perform other functions within the plant/warehouse as needed
Requirements
- Good communication skills, including verbal use of company radio
- Proficient in operating a company forklift
- WMS experience preferred

Pay
The hourly pay range for this role is $23.00 to $25.15. This range reflects the good-faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer at the time of posting. This role is classified as non-exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms of compensation, depending on role and location.
